The XCHANGE 2026 project is aimed at creating an intellectual dialogue platform within KBTU that brings together students, faculty members, and invited professionals to exchange ideas, experiences, and professional knowledge. The project establishes an open environment for discussing relevant topics, developing critical thinking, and broadening students’ academic and professional horizons.
The main objective of the event is to provide students with opportunities to develop and demonstrate their public speaking skills, confidence in presentations, and ability to express ideas clearly and structurally. Participants gain experience in presenting in front of an audience, engaging in discussions, and defending their viewpoints, all of which are essential for personal and professional growth.
Special emphasis is placed on the exchange of experience between students and industry professionals from various fields. Invited experts share practical knowledge, present real-life case studies, and help students better understand current labor market demands and future career opportunities in their chosen areas.
