Real oilfield equipment will be installed at the polygon according to the technological scheme, on which the process of oil production and reservoir pressure maintenance will be reproduced with the output of parameters and automatic control in the classroom. The system simulates the operation of oil production process equipment, allowing real-time familiarisation of students with technological processes, practical training at the training ground, taking exams in conditions as close as possible to production.
Technological process:
The technological process begins with four production wells, on which separately simulated processes of oil production by different methods of operation and with one injection well for RPM;
The pressure will be provided by a CNS pump (up to 10 bar), the working agent is technical water;
The test site equipment is equipped with automatic sensors and synchronised with the computer room.
Automatic system:
The system implements various algorithms that simulate the operation of the real technological process;
- removal of the state of control stations of ESP, ESP and rocking machine;
- removal of the state of pressure sensors;
- removal of the state of temperature sensors;
- removal of the state of level sensors;
- well control;
- pump control;
- organisation of data transfer to KBTU JSC (auditorium of Caspian Oil JSC).
